IP5280 Acquires LineSider Communications VoIP Services Business DENVER – March 1, 2006 – IP5280, Colorado’s VoIP Company and next generation IP services provider specializing in converged VoIP and data services, announced its acquisition of the Colorado-based VoIP business customer base of LineSider Communications. “The acquisition of these customers provides not only a high-quality small and medium size business customer base, but a profitable line of business that fits our growth strategy for 2006,” stated Jeffrey Pearl, Managing Partner of IP5280.
