IP5280 Acquires LineSider Communications VoIP Services Business

DENVER – March 1, 2006 – IP5280, Colorado’s VoIP Company and next generation IP services provider specializing in converged VoIP and data services, announced its acquisition of the Colorado-based VoIP business customer base of LineSider Communications.

“The acquisition of these customers provides not only a high-quality small and medium size business customer base, but a profitable line of business that fits our growth strategy for 2006,” stated Jeffrey Pearl, Managing Partner of IP5280. IP5280 will seamlessly transition the customer base to its own VoIP platform over the next 30 days. The new customers of IP5280 will now have access to the advanced IP offerings the company provides, including IP trunking and data services to further enable their networks to support new business applications.

The business was acquired for an undisclosed amount and terms of the deal were not released.
