John Scarborough: The Broadsoft Web Portal allows you to control every aspect of your VoIP calling features. To access your Web-based portal for managing your features, you will want to start by going to IP5280.com. Once the website comes up, click on Customer Login on the top left. You will want to click on the link to Portal 3 unless it is otherwise specified.

A login page will pop up asking you for your username and password. Your username will be the 10-digit phone number associated with your line. It will then ask you to change your password to a new password which must be at least four characters in length. Once you change this, you will be logged in.

Some quick user tips about your Web portal, notice the left hand column is where you manage your incoming calls, outgoing calls, messaging features and profile information. Also, Broadsoft has done an excellent job with their Help function located in the upper right hand corner. So if you’re ever stuck, click on the Help button.
